Loopy HQ (loopyhq.com) is committed to your privacy. We built our tools to run entirely in your browser — your data never leaves your device when you use a Loopy tool. This policy explains the minimal data we do collect and why.
What We Collect
- —Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and which countries they come from. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
- —No tool data: The content you create or paste into Loopy tools (e.g. your name, job title, or email signature) is never transmitted to our servers. It exists only in your browser's memory.
- —No accounts: We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or any personal information — because we don't require you to sign up.
Third-Party Services
- —Google Analytics: Aggregated site usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- —Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. Your IP address may be logged by Google. See Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Data Retention
We retain anonymous analytics data for up to 26 months, as per Google Analytics defaults. No personally identifiable information is stored by Loopy HQ.
Your Rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Since we do not collect personal data directly, most requests relate to Google Analytics data — which you can opt out of using the browser add-on linked above. For any other queries, contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
