Image Resizer

Resize images to exact pixel dimensions or popular social media sizes. Everything runs in your browser — no uploads, no sign-up.

Quick presets

Resize without the guesswork

Every platform has its own ideal image dimensions. An Instagram post wants 1080×1080, a YouTube thumbnail needs 1280×720, and a LinkedIn banner expects 1584×396. Instead of resizing in a full photo editor and looking up specs each time, drop your images here, tap a preset, and download. The resizing runs locally via the Canvas API — your files never leave the browser, and there is no queue or rate limit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. All resizing happens in your browser using the Canvas API. Your images never leave your device — no server processing, no queue, no privacy risk.
What are the social media preset dimensions?
• Instagram Post: 1080×1080 (square), 1080×1350 (portrait) • Instagram Story: 1080×1920 • Facebook Post: 1200×630 • Facebook Cover: 820×312 • Twitter/X Post: 1600×900 • Twitter/X Header: 1500×500 • LinkedIn Post: 1200×627 • LinkedIn Banner: 1584×396 • YouTube Thumbnail: 1280×720
What output format do I get?
By default the tool keeps the original format. You can also choose WebP, JPEG, or PNG as the output. Quality is adjustable for lossy formats.
Will resizing reduce image quality?
Downscaling generally preserves quality well. Upscaling beyond 2× can introduce blurriness since the browser interpolates missing pixels. For best results when enlarging, keep the scale factor under 2× or use a dedicated AI upscaler.
Can I resize multiple images at once?
Yes. Drop or select multiple files and they will all be resized to the same dimensions. Each file gets its own download button, or use "Download All" to save everything at once.
Is there a file size or resolution limit?
The tool works with images up to 40 MB and 10,000×10,000 pixels. Larger images are skipped to protect browser memory. There is no limit on the number of files you can process.
